Great breakfast, clean building, comfortable beds and beautiful bed sheets, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, attentive staff.

The breakfast is very varied and excellent, the room with wide and clean beds, the TV is a very acceptable size, with a desk to work from the room, the gym is excellent,

I didn't know that they were in the process of remodeling and because of that I was dirty in the entrances and where they are remodeling, many workers in the hallways and everywhere I didn't feel deprived and there was a lot of noise from the machines.One thing that bothered me was that, I didn't have a schedule for them to clean the room, they came to clean and I told them to give me 5 minutes to go out and they could clean the room and they didn't come back and I didn't have any toilet paper and I asked across the street at the counter and they said they didn't have any, I had to go to the store to buy toilet paper, and spend all day with the garbage, waiting for it. I had to go to the store to buy toilet paper and spend the whole day with the garbage.

The pool/ water park was appropriate for our children's age.

The pools and hot tubs were not the cleanest.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I found the location to be in a great area, close to all the action in town. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all in good condition, and the rooms were updated and clean without the need for a rollaway bed on the 3rd level. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and a great start to the day.

Bedding, quiet, breakfast , location all were superb. The gals at the front desk were wonderful, and helpful and friendly. They get a 10.

I did not like the way the manager Chris handled me when I talked to him about not knowing that the pool wasn't open and asked to be compensated. I explained that I had come for rest and quiet and the pool. He was arrogant, unbending, told me $30 is all the pool was worth per day, and said I could leave and find another hotel if I wasn't satsified with that. (I had already unpacked, had dinner and this was the next day when I went out and realized no pool). He said he had waterpark coupons that I could use, or the indoor pool. I was very nice but told him I wasn't interested in either and I would have booked elsewhere had I known the outside pool was not available. I am 72 years old . The only thing I said to him after knowing that I was getting nowhere is that his customer service skills stunk. I couldn't believe his attitude.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Wisconsin Dells for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly resolved any issues we had, such as keycard problems and the lobby's air conditioning being out. The pool facilities were impressive for families with young children, and the breakfast was satisfying. a great experience.

The pool was a highlight of our stay, with separate sections for adults and kids, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The pool slide added an element of fun. The room was dark and quiet with blackout blinds. Nice selection for breakfast. Clean room and comfy bed. Beautiful pool inside and out. Good location near outlet malls and restaurants. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Exceptionally clean and friendly staff.

The coffee maker was broken also breakfast was bad eggs were blend also a bit expensive considering that it's under contruction.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The basic amenities in the room, such as the fridge and microwave, were very convenient to have. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and provided a wide variety of options to choose from.
